    We recently were not able to email you because your email address "" is in our bounce list.
    Change your Email

    Change your email address in account settings to a working email address.

    Alterar Remove From List

    If your email was added in error you can remove it from the list and they will be sent as usual.

    Your email is not in the bounce list, so I'm guessing you have removed it yourself.

    Please note that we don't intentionally add emails to our bounce list, they end up there for several reasons, usually because your mail service provider is rejecting emails.
