Getting a 404 error

    Could you provide us with more information when you are getting this error? I have checked your JotForms and see that they are being displayed normally at my end. Please let us know if you are receiving this error while accessing a form or a form submission or an uploaded file along with the link so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
