What is the form in which you are not receiving email notifications?
I have checked the following form: Photo Booth Contact Us and, or mail logs shows that notifications have been sent.
Please check your spam folder, if you find them there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, you may white-list our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
