Not receiving submission emails

    I have always got emails within seconds of someone filling out a form, recently I even upgraded to a paid plan with you guys, but not Im losing business because Im not receiving emails saying someone filled out the form, I havent made any changes to the forms, can you please help

    Your email was in the bounce list. This happens for several reasons, usually because your mail service provider is rejecting emails from us. 

    I have removed your email from the bounce list so it should work normally now. Here's how to check and remove yourself from the bounce list for future reference:
