Hi, we have a couple people in our office who are not receiving the auto responder emails. I've made sure their emails were correctly typed and I'm not sure what other steps to take. This is important because they would like to keep a record of their submissions. Any suggestions?

I checked our logs for the email address associated with your account and it was previously in our bounce list. It looks like it was already removed and emails are sending once again.
Addresses are placed on our bounce list due to rejected emails. This can be due to spam filtering, the email address being unavailable, inbox being full, anything of that nature. Rejected emails raise our spam score and can lead to further filtering. To prevent this, we stop sending emails to addresses temporarily.
