I have 11 identical surveys, but am having issues with only one of them. When our respondents answered one of the questions (which is repeated a few times in this survey), their full answer isn't being saved, only the first few character are saving. There are no differences in the settings for that question vs. the other questions, and there is no character limit in place.
The question with the issue: "What does a '1' look like for this goal?" (on pages 2, 3, and 4, but the same duplicated question works fine on page 5)
I've included a screenshot from the answers in the Google Sheet.

I cloned the form to test it and each submission was forwarding the full submission text both to JotForm and to my integrated spreadsheet.
I checked the specific submission that showed less data and that is what the user actually entered. The email log, form submission log and the actual data all match. There does not appear to be any issues with the form.

Thanks for your response. I had the same reaction and attempted to edit their responses in that form and add the rest of their text myself, but when I hit submit the long answers still did not save. This is what prompted me to write to JotForm. Do you have any recommendations for how to fix this? It seems to be a glitch with that particular question. Should I simply delete those questions and add them again?

If you had tried to update the submission yesterday, we were having server issues for a bit that may have prevented you from doing so. Try updating the submission once again to see if it will allow you to do so. If it does not, if you don't mind, we can try updating it from our end to see if it is indeed bugged.

I tried updating the answers again just now, and they are still not showing up correctly in the Google Form (or the PDF sent to their email). There seems to be a bug.

Are you editing the submission from the submission view?
I checked that specific submission to see if I could edit it and there were a few required fields missing. Without entering data in those fields, I could not update the submission. Does the edit work even when those are filled?

Yes, I am editing the submission itself using the link to edit the submission that JotForm provides. When I go back into the form the answers are there, but they're not updating in the Google Sheet or the PDF as they usually do.

I have just checked your form and I can see it works fine, I have submitted it and noticed the data on your fields submits the same, are you only experiencing the issue on the integrated spreadsheet?
Please, also check my submission and let us know how it was sent to your spreadsheet, if possible, you could also share the spreadsheet with us so we can review it.
We will wait for your response.
