I click "remove from bounce list" but the next time I log in I get the same message.

Go to Settings in the bottom, enter the email that is in bounce list, then remove

I have checked and your email address is again in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
ga*****4@be******h.net is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alph159 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 188.8.131.52
I have now removed it from the bounce list.

Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
