Why is some notification emails being caught by our mail marshal as spam.

    According to the logs, when an email is sent via ip <160.124.101.141> "spamhaus". Some emails through to us but others don't. I am assuming that their are multiple ip's that send these emails?

     

    Is there anyway you can prevent this from happening again?

    Yes, your assumption is correct

    Add these Jotmails  IP ADDRESSES to your whitelist

    In additional to this, you may whitelist these domain names:

    ·         jotform.com

    ·         email.amazonses.com

    ·         amazonses.com 

    ·         jotform.co

    ·         secure.jotform.co

    ·         s3.amazonaws.com  

    ·         static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
