    What is this Private Key?

I need to view my form submissions. Unable to due to Private Key. How do I remove that from my account?

Keep in mind that if you remove the encryption to the form, old data will not be encrypted or not be able to view it normally. However, you can view new submissions properly after you remove the encryption to your form.

Also, you do not have to "open" the key to use it on encrypted form data. You just need to upload it. You can upload it using the upload file option in the remove form encryption wizard.

If you're using Apple, you can find it in the Downloads folder. See image below:

You keep sending me the information I've already informed you does not work. I've clicked on Download and it directs me to Keynote and receive a message "unable to open"

My understanding is that the pop-up that allows you to upload your private key in the Submissions page is not showing.

If this is not popping up, it means that the Form Encryption is turned off in the Preferences.

    1. Login to your account and open your form.
    2. Go to the Settings section page and select the Form Settings tab.
    3. Click the Show More Options button.

    4. Select "No" in the Encrypt Form Data drop down menu.

    5. A new window will pop-up and click the "I will use my existing keys" button.

    6. You should see this message and it means you can go now to the submissions page.

    7. In the Submissions page, a window will pop-up and ask you to upload your Private Key
