Can a user forward a form to a third party to complete questions they do not know the answer to?

    Hi!

    I need to send a form to users who may or may not know the answers to the questions that I need to asks. 

    If the client does not know the answers, is there any way for them to be able to forward the form to a new party. 

    Ex:  The form asks about a condition of the client's employer-sponsored health plan but the client does not know the answer.  So, the client enters the email address of the company's HR person and the form is then sent to that HR person who then completes the remainder of the form.

    You could set up an additional email field in the form and an autoresponder email with text letting the recipient know they need to partially fill out the form.  You could include an edit submission link in that email that will allow for editing the specific submission that triggered the email:
