Our customers are getting ''please wait'' when attempting to send submissions

Our customers are getting a stall on registering after entering their credit card info. It just says please wait and does not change

Please note that we had an issue yesterday that led to slowness and bad gateway error when attempting to submit a form or edit a submission.

Our developers have resolved the issue and I suspect that your customers may have attempted to submit while the issue was occurring.

Could you please see that your customers try again and get back to us with as much information as you can, in order to inspect and assist you better? Thank you in advance.
