Form not sending entire submission form

Hello,

My name is Jasmine, and I use your service for an online employment application template. When I receive the forms by submission it is not sending me the entire form, and only half. Do you know what I could be doing wrong? 

I think there is just a confusion. Those questions were not lost on the form. I checked and I see those were still on the 2nd page part of the multi-page form you used.

Please check your form again on your Form Builder. Let us know if still not resolve.
