How can I change my sub-user email address?

    Hello,

    We need to have our sub-user e-mail updated to team@erinrothrock.com. I've changed this over multiple times, and it doesn't seem to be changing. I've also contacted you once already about this. Please let me know that this is being resolved.

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

    If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    I have checked your account and found indeed the sub-user set up as team@erinrothrock.com, I can also see there is an account under that email address, the username is "doreenmcfadden". 

    I have checked that account as well and found that the forms have been shared, do note that your sub-user needs to log into the account and he/she will find the forms under the "Shared with you" section.

    Is this still your question? 

    If so, then do note that you will need to change it on the form emails settings, as suggested on that thread.
