We need to have our sub-user e-mail updated to email@example.com. I've changed this over multiple times, and it doesn't seem to be changing. I've also contacted you once already about this. Please let me know that this is being resolved.

I have checked your account and found indeed the sub-user set up as firstname.lastname@example.org, I can also see there is an account under that email address, the username is "doreenmcfadden".
I have checked that account as well and found that the forms have been shared, do note that your sub-user needs to log into the account and he/she will find the forms under the "Shared with you" section.

If so, then do note that you will need to change it on the form emails settings, as suggested on that thread.
