I created a Jot Form and sent the info to GoDaddy and they added the form to my website...upper right, Self Assessment Discovery form. When they filled it out and hit SUBMIT at the end, the info was immediately sent to my email, as noted above. That is the way it is supposed to work. All of a sudden I am getting nothing and my business sucks. Turns out when you fill it out and hit SUBMIT, it goes to the person filling out the forms email, not mine. That does not help me and has no doubt cost me money. GoDaddy says you have to address this not them. I need to get the form, the person does not. I used to get emails entitled JotForm which is fine.
