    This is the third time I have contacted you.......Why are my forms disabling?

     

    I need an ANSWER please asap

    It seems that you have forms in your account that asks credit card info from the users. Please note that it is agains our Terms of Use.

    I have now removed the guilty fields on your form and re-activated your account.
