How do I change the submission date format

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to change the format of the date field?

If you mean to say that you want to change the submission date format which is displayed in your form's submission page?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to change the submission datetime format since it is hard coded. I would suggest you to please add a datetime field in your form and use it to track form's submission datetime. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Add datetime field in form.

#2. Set the date format as per your requirement.

#3. Hide the date field to ensure its not visible to users.
