Notification of new submission not working for Ipad app.

    Hi;

    According to this related thread, yes, they are iPad and iPhone compatible. We also have an iPhone Application.

    Can you try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com in the notification email setup and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    This is not an email notification but the pop up notification built in to the ipad. It worked for a while but has since stopped.

    Please keep us posted on this issue.  Is there anything we need to do on our end to correct the issue.  It was a really nice feature receiving the jotorm app notification as soon as a form was submitted.  It has been a few months now since the notifications stopped coming.  Any update?
