Changing plan: Upgrade not processed

    We have upgraded from free to Bronze but it doesn't appear to be reflected in our account.

    Hello,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    As far as I check we have received your payment for Bronze plan 3 hours ago. However, your account still seems to be a Free plan.

    I have changed your plan to the Bronze plan, manually. However, the invoice doesn't appear in your account billing page. So that, I have forwarded this ticket to our next level in order to investigate the issue further.
