We have had a complaint from an applicant that she couldn't submit our application form. We tested it and also experienced the problem. After clicking submit, there is no confirmation notice and there is a "Please Wait" message. The system seems to freeze at that point.
Please advise.

Hi,
I checked your forms, the ones under your account are both disabled on date, so I assumed it was one of your shared forms. When I checked this form "" I could reproduce the issue. After clicking on review, it will just stay on please wait.
I cloned your form to troubleshoot, and I found out that the preview widget was causing the issue, it was configured incorrectly, so it was stopping the form from submitting.
I deleted the widget, and re-configured a new one, and It worked fine. Please remove the preview widget on your form and add a new one. Here's my cloned version of your form with the fix, you can test it yourself to see that it submits without issues.
