I need to be able to add an additional section that duplicates the previous one.
I'm a tax preparer and some people have more than 1 dependent, for example.
I need the exact same info for each dependent. I want to add one dependent section and if they have more, they can click on "Add Dependent" and it will add another section similar.

ok thanks that is exactly what I want. Your example works great but how do I get the conditional logic from your example? I do not have access to the form your cloned.

In addition to my colleague's response, here's the condition that my colleague used to her sample form:
Have a great day!

This is getting over my head. I have specific requirements that I need to have for this huge form which requires many of these conditional logics.
I will pay your monthly fee, but want to know if I can also pay you to build this for me? If so how much for us to work together to get this built?
Do you charge monthly? please email these details to firstname.lastname@example.org

The monthly fee for Premium or Professional subscriptions allows you to have more room for incoming submissions , uploads and payments.
Unfortunately, we don't provide form customization or building support , we provide guidance to our best of our abilities, though.
If you will, you could explain to me what you would like to accomplish and I will do my best in order to help you to build the conditional logics

What I need is to be able to add another section for various items throughout this form.
Dependants, Childcare, Rental Properties, Furniture Purchase, Equipment Purchase, Business/Self Employment expenses.
The Rental property & business expenses are quite lengthy---many questions--which means many conditional logics. This is the problem.
Also, I need to have this form so they can save and continue later.
Also, I need this form to be secure.
And I need this form to work right on my wordpress website. As you can see, it doesn't quite stay within the page when I use your wordpress imbed script. http://www.abundantreturnstax.com/start-the-process/
Now you can see why I need custom help.

Yes, I can see your form is very lengthy and based on the description of what you need to accomplish to, this should be done by someone who knows exactly your business , and also knows how to handle our form builder.
Like you said, this is a custom help that involves not only knowing how to apply the conditional logics , but also what items should be involved in the process, which I think should be done under your directions.
Unfortunately, I think this would be beyond my capabilities.
However, regarding to save and continue later feature, we have also a guide for it
And regarding to wordpress, there is also a guide here

This is actually exactly what I need to do in my form I just have a couple questions. My form is a site survey for buildings locking hardware. At the bottom of my form I have asked if they would like to add another door. If they select yes, I would basically like to repeat the list of questions in the survey. I have gone to the conditions wizard, im just a little confused as to how I get the form to clone once I say if "would you like to add another door?" is checked yes. If I have to add every question again im ok with that, Im just not sure how to start this. Here the URL for my form, any help appreciiated!
