Our forms are all saying "disabled" even though they are "enabled".

    We've got some clients that need to fill them out so I'd love for you to look into our account to see why this is happening again. A few weeks ago this same problem happened but after 4 days they started working again. IDK if y'all did a system update again?

    Your account was suspended by our phishing detector due to requesting usernames and passwords.

    We do not allow for the collection of usernames and/or passwords through forms for any reason. 

    As per our terms of use:

    Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

    I removed the form the caused the account to be suspended and activated your account.  Your forms should be usable once again.
