Have you heard of this passing? It's basically meaning that all Federal business website be accesible to the handicap? Please see link for reference:

Does Jotform's forms accesible to the handicap? per the guidelines in the link?

As far as I can tell, JotForm forms can be used within those terms. You may have to make small updates to the visual aspects of forms depending on what is included.
There is a test site you can run the form through:

Just add the form URL to the end of that link like this:

Please note that currently group fields like full name and address produce errors in the test. To prevent those, use single fields like first name, last name instead of a group field like full name.
