My link to Paypal is not working.

Now I can't find where I even inserted the link. When I use the form through Facebook it will not take me to Paypal. I double checked things with Paypal and it is fine on their end.

I checked your form and I can see that the payment gateway is configured correctly. I did a test submission and I was redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Here's a screenshot:

However, I noticed that you have 6 incomplete payments.

If the user did not complete the payment on the checkout page, then the submission will go to the Incomplete Payments. Here's a guide: How-to-view-incomplete-payments.

Please take note that completing it will not process any payments. It will just trigger the email notifications and will be processed as a normal submission. Please check this guide for more details: Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.

Please advise your users to complete the payment when redirected to PayPal checkout page.
