I need help with opening an encrypted data in my form

hello, my business partner and I have created a jot form for our vacation rental platform and I can not seem to open the emails without getting an encrypted form back. i have cleared my browser and its still not working. i just did a practice run on the form and the email response was encrypted. please advise

When enabling the encryption, you will be prompted to get a key. If you have chosen Jotform, the key should be on your computer. Please check, the name is jotform.key.

Note that clearing your browser cache won't help. The key is needed to decrypt the data.
