We would like to signup for the education discount

    I signed up for an account not through the education page, but we are .edu.  Can we switch to qualify for the .edu discount?

    There's no issue on that. You can apply using this link: https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/.

    Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved you should get an email like this:

    IMPORTANT: Before you click on the "See Discounted Pricing Plans" button, make sure you have opened a new session with your JotForm on the same browser.
