I keep receiving submissions of the same person's form over and over. It's been going on for about 16 hours. How do I make this stop?

I have checked your form and I can see the submissions; however, I have just tested your form and I can see only one submission was generated.
Is your form embedded on any webpage?
This may be also happening due to a cache issue, the form may be reloaded from the browser history. You could also set up unique submissions on your form and avoid to get multiple records from the same user: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
