    É possivel criar um formulario offline ?

    Boa noite,

    Queria informações de como criar um formulário que possa ser acessado e respondido sem conexão com a internet. Podendo enviar as informações assim que houvesse dados móveis.

    Yes, what you kindly described is possible using fillable PDF forms, as they allow you to collect submissions offline and then submit them later on when you have internet access.
