I have 2 assistants - they both need to get notification emails for this form. One of them is not getting them.
We've done EVERYTHING - changed the email address to send to, recreated the notification, limited the number of notification email addresses to 3 total (is that even necessary?? Is there a limit on the number of email addresses notifications can be sent to?)

How can we get this fixed? We've already spent hours trying to troubleshoot it.
I've read that some people aren't getting emails because they're on a bounce list. If my 2nd assistant is on a bounce list how do I find that out????
Please help. This should be simple.

I have checked email history logs on your account and I found that three email addresses are added to the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
courseadmin@hipharp.com is IN Remove the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 The sending IP (152.160.244.140) is listed on
mbmiller2@comcast.net is IN Remove the bounce list
Reason(s) : X-Postfix; connect to mx1.comcast.net[96.114.157.80]:25:
orders@hipharp.com is IN Remove the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 The sending IP (152.160.244.140) is listed on
I have removed them from the bounce list.

Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

There's a limit of 10 recipients per notification.
