Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

I also forgot my password so I tried to reset it but I haven't recieved anything that way either.

I checked the email logs and emails are going to alysha_joosse@hotmail.com. Also, I initiated a password reset email for you, so please check and let us know if you received it?
