    Hi,

I am using Jotform and Smartsheet integration in Zapier. One of the field I need from Jotform is 'Created At". Currently this field is the format of yyyy-mm-dd + time, Is there anyway I can custom it to just dd/mm/yyyy and no time display?

    Thanks

We would like to apologize, however, the "Created At" that appears in the template when you create a zap (Jotform + Smartsheet) in Zapier, refers to the submission date of your form's submissions and it is always formatted that way.

A workaround that you can do is to have an additional Date field in your form, set it to hidden, and formatted the way you want it to appear in Smartsheet (dd/mm/yyyy with no time). To make it work as the submission date, set the Date field's "Default Date" option to "Current".

You also have the option to change the "Separator" of the additional Date field.

Then, update the template in Zapier.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.
