Is it possible to add a button/link in job post?

I am a recruiter and always posting ads on job boards. Would like to figure out an easier way to direct the applicants to me like filling out a quick apply form. Maybe a quick apply button/link that I can use to post on my ads?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can create a form with desired form field and grab the direct URL of your form which can be posted in your ads. Please check the screenshot below on how to grab your form's direct URL:
