My form is not mobile responsive

    How can make it appealing on all mobile resolutions as well ?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that you are using Mobile responsive widget on the form. As I see the form in a mobile browser, it seems to be displaying normally with responsive design. If you are still experiencing any issue with the form, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
