How to block duplicate entries entered on a field

    I've selected the option to block duplicate entries based on data entered into a field, and when testing, it allows the same value to be entered over and over. 

     

    How can we fix?

    I test submitted the form on your website, and the Unique Question feature of the form is working just fine.

    I was not able to submit the form if the value for direction field exist already.

    Please let us know if issue still persist.
