Can't clone a form - Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form

    here is the link i am trying to clone from my friends form.

    bu i am getting 

    "Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form"

    The message means the owner of this form https://www.jotform.com/70024133513137 has enabled the "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users" privacy option on his Account's Settings page.

    Since you mentioned it's your "friend's form", just get in touch with your friend and have him disable that privacy feature by unticking the checkbox on this page:
