Why does my email keep getting added to the bounce list? We are missing applications from potential adopters. How can this be fixed so it doesn't keep happening?

Please make sure that there isn't a notification in your spam folder, and if you find any, mark it as NOT SPAM.
Also, whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
