The feature you are looking for is available within the Checkbox and Radio Button field's properties under the Options tab.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.

    Hi Mike,

It's not what I want, I'm talking about form columns feature inside the Form Designer

    Thanks

Thank you for the clarification and I'm sorry for any confusion.

It was explained by one of our Designer in this thread that Form Columns option is only shown when there is a shrunk field in the form.

But base on experience, I believe you will have a better handle on doing this if you shrink and position fields manually following this guide: Setting-up-Form-Columns

    Another guide: Form-Field-Positioning

    Thank you.

There must be a bug somewhere !

I think you need to assign developer team on this topic

I have tested this further and I found where the issue is. It seems that when there is a shrunk field, only the "Enable form columns" option are visible but not the "Number of columns".

I will have to confirm this with our developers and we will just provide you with updates in this thread if there are any.

In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you can go to the Advanced Designer page of your form, enable the form columns and save the changes. Go back to the builder page. Now, if you go back to the Advanced Designer page again and you should be able to see the "Number of columns" option.

    Thank you.

Thank you for reporting us this problem.

I was informed by the developer that the issue has been fixed. I also tested in on my side and I can confirm that it works as expected now.  When you shrink fields once and go to advance designer layout tab, you can see all of them together.

If you need any other assistance by our side, please let us know. We would be pleased to help you for any issue you may have.
