Will I have a discount if I upgrade for a whole year and what are the accepted payment methods?

I have visited your site and found it much better to make rapid online form. Now i have decide to upgrade plan to you silver package that is about $39 per month. if i want to purchase it for whole year, then there will be any discount? i am from Pakistan, what will be payment method?
