Form goes to a blank page after submission

    Hi,

    I was testing my form submit button, but it doesn't seem to work. It just redirect me to a blank page.

    I cloned your form, made a test submission, and saw the Thank You page properly after clicking the SUBMIT button.

    I can only assume you figured it out after posting your question but in case you need more help, don't hesitate to let us know.

    Alternatively, if your form was embedded on a page on your website, share with us the URL of the page so we can do a test submission straight from your website.
