Referral Form Functions

I'd like to create referral form templates that will send an email to the referral's email address letting them know that my client has referred my business to them. Does this type of functionality exist within Jotform?

If you want a form that will send an email to the referral's email address, you can set up an Email Notification so that you will receive an email of the responses on your form. Here's a guide on Setting Up Email Notifications.
