Account auto-suspended

Hello, my account was auto suspended for absolutely no reason. I am a free user and I only use my forms for a gaming role play clan I run. I just read through all my forms. I never asked for any personal info other than a Full Name which is clearly labeled optional. Either your system is broken, or whoever is suspending accounts around here is a blind idiot with no common sense. These forms are very important to me and we use them constantly, I really like this site, but I need some answers here. This is completely unfair.
