How can I be out of submission storage?

is the month calculated on calendar month or how is it calculated please

Thank you for contacting us.

I have checked your account and realized that your account type is "FREE". You can receive 180 submissions monthly and 500 submissions totally on the free plan. Total Submissions Storage is basically the total number of submissions in all of your forms. I could see that your total submission storage is out of the storage. As you can see below screenshot:

Also, you ca check your usage via this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

If you want to receive more submissions, you must upgrade your account to higher paid account.Also, the rest will be deleted and the most recent 500 submissions will be kept. We kindly suggest to download and backup your data for your local copy if you don't wish to upgrade to any of the paid plans.

So does that mean that I cannot use the free service any more - can I
remove the submissions storage as I don't need to keep the submissions

Hello Karen,

As I said before, If you do not want to upgrade your account, you can remove the submissions. Wek suggests to download and backup your data for your local copy, again.

If you do not want to remove your submission, you can upgrade your account to paid plans.
