Custom form URL has my usernamee, can you change my username?

I would like to change my user name, I did not realize that my user name would be used in naming my forms and I would prefer my user name to be

BODY Therapy 

You cannot change your username on your own. Only admin and support can change username account.

Unfortunately, space is not allowed. The username BODYTherapy is currently available. Let us know if you like it or please provide at least 3 possible usernames so that we can check for its availability. If the first one is available, we'll change it right away.
