My Hotmail email frequently gets into the bounce list

Hello,

first of all thank you for the wonderfull product,

but recently I'm strugling with my email address, it frequently get's into

the bounce list,

what are the reason's an email address gets blocked and listed in the bounce list?

are there ways to prevent it?

You are using Hotmail. That means Jotform is blocked to your Hotmail address. You can simply fix this by adding noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender list.

In Hotmail website, go to the following:

Settings > Options > Mail > Junk Emails > Safe Sender > Add noreply@jotform.com > Save:
