We have a user that is having issues uploading files to our form. When we test it everything seems to be working but we are trying to troubleshoot her issues.
She is not receiving an error message, it shows that it has found the document on her server, but does not seem to upload it to the app. She has tried with Google Chrome and Explorer. She is trying to upload small PDFs: 160, 11, and 300 KB.
Do you have any ideas what might be causing it?

It's hard to troubleshoot if we can't replicate the issue, and as you mentioned everything seems to work fine, it is most likely a local issue on the user's end. Is she trying to reach your form through the standalone version? Or is your from embedded on a webpage?
She might want to clear her cache, or restart the machine and try again.
Please let us know if you need any further help.

I can't understand what you mean by upload facility. Can you please elaborate what it means?
I checked your submissions and I can't see any submission that has missing uploaded files except the first three submissions. I am not sure that you are referring to them since that field at the end of your form is not required.
Can you please explain to us how to replicate the issue? In this way, we can determine the reason for the issue.
I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.
All the best!
