Can I have multiple registrations on one form

I have a registration page for a safety workshop. Is there a way someone could sign up more than one participant in one registration instead of having to go back and sign individuals up separately?

Hi Mary Boyle,

I checked the form (https://form.jotform.com/20104220805) you provided and I can see that the form is set to Disable on Date in the Form Settings page. Please change the Form Status to Enable so you can start receiving submissions.

If you want to allow multiple submissions to your form, you just need to select "No Check" in the Unique Submission and Unique Question drop down menu.

Image 01: Open your form and go to the Settings page section. Select the Form Settings tab and click the Show More Options button.

Image 02: Select the "No Check" in the Unique Submission and Unique Question to allow multiple submission.
