I sent a secure link via email and did not recieve a return form but they filled it out and sent it. I checked the link and it is good? Where is the form? that was 2 days ago.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Have you checked on your spam email accounyts?. Please also can you try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to email@example.com in the notification email setup and then do a test?
You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.
