    I'm not receiving email of the filled in forms

    As of a couple of days now, I've stopped receiving the emails of the filled in forms. I don't know why they stopped. I got to my "jotform" to see the new submissions. Is there a way to fix this? It is more convenient to receive the emails as this informs me that people have submitted something. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Ken;

    We apologize for what this issue has caused you. Can you try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com in the notification email setup and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    Hi,

    In addition to my colleague response above, your email address "kpaquette@******.com" is in our bounce list and I have remove it.

    Here's the reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.1.2 - Bad destination host "DNS Hard Error looking up learneslnow.com (MX=):  all A records of the domain's MX records are invalid"
