Question label is displaying as "click to edit".

    Hi there, I am receiving feedback forms with strange "click to edit" verbiage in place of the question.

    Hello,

    I did check your form and found that the reason the why you see the "click to edit" text is because you have not set the labels in any of your textarea questions.

    To solve this problem, I would suggest you to please remove the "Text" fields you have added and add the label in the question/textarea itself. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hello Stephanie,

    What I meant to say that none of your questions / form fields has any "Question Text" that gets displayed in form. That is the reason why it shows "click to edit" text. I did share a screenshot in my previous reply on what needs to be done. Here is the screenshot:
