I want to upgrade my account, will the form I already made be able to accept more submissions?

I made a form on JotForm's free version, not realizing it only allows a limited number of submissions and payments (until after I started receiving responses). If I upgrade to Bronze, will the form I created under my free account be able to accept more than 10 payments and more that 100 submissions?

Upgrading increases your account limits immediately.  Forms already in your account are subject to the upgraded limits once you upgrade.  Upgrading and/or downgrading your subscription has no affect on forms other than increasing or decreasing the account limits.  Forms created when your account is Free work the same after you upgrade.  They also work them same should you choose to downgrade as long as they are still within the current account limits.
