The reason why you're not receiving email from JotForm is because the email address email@example.com is in our bounce list.
I have now removed the email from the bounce list and you should be getting an email now properly. Upon checking your mail logs, I can see that my colleague answered your question but you didn't receive it because of the said bounce list. See image below:

You can check the email recipient in the notification email settings to ensure the correct email recipient is receiving the notification email when there's a submission to your form.
